addition of the battleship USS Missouri to the fleet
As the dangers of war come closer to our fleets, a need has arisen for a battleship. The one chosen is the USS Missouri (BB-63). The USS Missouri is an Iowa class battleship with 9 mark-7 16 inch guns in three turrets, two forward, one aft. It also has a number of other armament including 5 inch guns, 40mm bofors AA Guns, and 20mm AA guns.
Also to be added, but currently being modeled by yours truly, the USS North Carolina (BB-55), a north carolina class battleship. I am currently constructing this battleship is my 3D modeling program, sketchup by google.

Retiring of Brooklyn
After a recent cut in budgets to keep up with our dying economy, we are going to retire our oldest tug. the Brooklyn has served for 70 years and has had many repairs to it's hull and other parts. the tugs Daisy and Murphy may also be retired, but for now the Brooklyn will retire. she is set to be retired and put into museum tug service July 4, 2009 to commemorate the fourth of july. as for now, she is a coal barge tug that takes coal down into the heart of manhattan.
